We are looking for a dependable and motivated part-time seasonal Equipment Mechanic who is passionate about outdoor recreation, safety, and creating exceptional experiences for individuals of all abilities. In this role, you will help ensure our cycling and adaptive recreation equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for adventure while working alongside a dedicated team in a fun, inclusive, and mission-driven environment. The Recreation Equipment Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and monitoring cycling and adaptive recreation equipment throughout the summer season. This position implements and supports safety and risk management protocols while maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and ensuring equipment is properly inventoried, adjusted, and repaired. The role works closely with the Program Equipment Senior Manager to communicate equipment needs and assist with maintenance across additional summer programs as needed, including post-season repairs. This is a part-time seasonal position that requires a flexible schedule based on operational needs, including weekends, occasional evenings, and occasional holidays. This position is not eligible for remote work.
