About The Position

As a Recreational Desk Attendant at the Country Club of Colorado, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of our members and guests. You will be responsible for overseeing activities and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment across the fitness area and the pool area. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about customer service, adept at multitasking and enjoys working in a leisure-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries related to recreational facilities and activities.
Provide accurate information about club services, events, and amenities.
Handle cash transactions and maintain records of sales.
Monitor pool area to ensure safety regulations are observed.
Enforce pool rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, administering first aid as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including arranging chairs and umbrellas.
Anticipate and address member and guest needs promptly and courteously.
Proactively resolves issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all patrons.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
Assist in training new employees and providing support as needed.
