Requirements

Outstanding customer service skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to lift and move spin bikes, tables, and chairs
Must acquire First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

Assisting with programming
Ensuring the smooth functioning of various areas, including the gymnasium, fitness center, walking track, racquetball courts, meeting rooms, and locker rooms
Lending support to the front desk and aquatic center
Helping with maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
Providing outstanding customer service
Assisting with cleaning various areas within the Recreation Center
Learning the operation of various facilities and equipment, including fitness equipment, rock wall auto-belays, gym divider screen, and how to set up and use various sports equipment
Addressing unsafe situations promptly
