About The Position

Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is seeking a friendly, attentive, and proactive Recreation Attendant with a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Recreation Attendant, you’ll do more than set up outdoor spaces—you’ll help create memorable guest experiences by preparing fire pits and seating, providing attentive food and beverage service, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their Sunset experience. You’ll play an important role in creating a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every guest. The Recreation Attendant is responsible for delivering an engaging and memorable guest experience during the fire-side s’mores program for hotel and non-hotel guests at the Hilton Torrey Pines. – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Requirements

• A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Open availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently set up and maintain fire pits, seating areas, and guest spaces.
• The ability to provide food and beverage service in a welcoming and professional manner.
• The ability to remain calm, attentive, and service-focused in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• A strong commitment to guest safety, cleanliness, and resort service standards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous recreation, hospitality, restaurant, server, or guest service experience is a PLUS!
