About The Position

As a Recreation Attendant, you will bring joy to our guests and create unforgettable moments. The Recreation Attendant will report directly to the Senior Recreation Manager and is responsible for assisting guests with the zipline course at the Buccaneer Bay Adventure Park at Exploria Resorts. The Recreation Attendant will ensure safety while assisting guests attending park activities. They must promote a positive image of the property to all guests, be pleasant, honest, and friendly, and address all guest requests and problems to the best of their ability.

Requirements

Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours in an outdoor environment with exposure to the sun
Able to work in all weather conditions.
Be flexible to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
Good communication skills with other staff and colleagues.
Perform various projects requested by supervisors/managers.
Ability to follow instructions
Good understanding of the English language
Be able to work independently
Able to work in an elevated environment

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure safety while assisting guests attending park activities
Assist guests with the zipline activities and safety procedures.
Knowledge of all daily recreational activities provided at the resort
Clean, organize and maintain venues to a high standard of condition
Work independently and as a team player to complete all assigned tasks
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Adhere to safety protocols and promptly execute safety knowledge and training in emergency situations
All other duties assigned by management.
