About The Position
This role focuses on meeting the social, physical, and emotional needs of residents by encouraging participation in highly structured activities. The assistant will develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patients' goals and interests, engage patients in therapeutic activities like exercise, games, and community outings, and help patients develop the social skills necessary for independence.
