About The Position

Rock House has a full-time recreation assistant position available. This role involves assisting the Recreation Supervisor with recreational activities and events for adult individuals with special needs. The position offers flexible weekday hours that can accommodate student schedules, but requires commitment during holidays and summers. Candidates must be at least 20 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have a current TX driver's license.

Requirements

• Must be self-starter, energetic.
• Able to work outside in the heat or cold.
• Requires good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and proficient in technology.
• Must be able to drive in the metroplex.
• Must be at least 20 years old or very near 20.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must have current TX driver's license.
• Must be able to commit to duties during holidays and summers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with recreation and/or sports.
• Majoring in a recreation or social services area.
