About The Position
Touchpoints at Chestnut is seeking a per diem Recreation Assistant to assist the facility Recreation Director with all department activities. This role involves participating in, organizing, and implementing daily social and therapeutic activities and events, as well as attending all applicable training and development sessions related to resident activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an activity assistant
Nice To Haves
- Active TRD Certification or actively enrolled in a TRD Certification program
Responsibilities
- Assists facility Recreation Director with all department activities.
- Participates, organizes, and implements daily social and therapeutic activities and events.
- Participates in all applicable training and development sessions related to resident activities or related training.
