Recreation and Wellness Front Desk Staff (FWS Only)

The ideal candidate will join a vibrant and inclusive educational community and have a desire and ability to work with a diverse population. This is a part-time, student employment position with no benefits. This student employee will serve as a customer service representative, staffing the front desk for the Recreation and Wellness Center on the Wellesley campus, and will have some duties in the Athletics Department.
Requirements
- A working experience in customer service
- Good communication skills
- Students who are eligible to file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to have one on file, before they are hired or continue employment.

Responsibilities
- Greet every student, staff, and faculty member that enters the RWC
- Instruct RWC users on how to sign in and out
- Assist in maintaining the equipment in RWC (wiping down machines, etc)
- File and organize documents
- Assist students with questions that they may have
- Support MassBay’s commitment to the Equity Agenda

- Engage in conversations with the community regarding best practices within the discipline or programmatic related to equity and inclusion
