Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) years experience working with youth required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class B) with an acceptable driving record and passenger endorsement preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring, planning, and directing students engaged in center sponsored activities both on and off center.
- Teach healthy and fun extracurricular activities.
- Plan, implement and coordinate a diversified program that will attract voluntary participation.
- Conduct and coordinate recreation activities and chaperone students to recreation functions both on and off center.
- Conduct activities for career preparation students that enhance student retention.
- Assist with monitoring of the student store and conduct PE classes.
- Plan and conduct various activities to enhance student retention and meet all students' needs.
