About The Position
Quantum Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring for Per diem Recreation Aide's. The ideal candidate must be reliable, fun, and engaging for Resident activities. They will be available weekdays and weekends. Long-term care experience is preferred. The candidate must be upbeat, energetic, and have a caring personality. They must be reliable and work as a team player. Musical/Artistic talent is a plus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Reliability
- Ability to walk, dance, stand, lift, or meet other physical demands.
- Adaptability
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent resource management and record-keeping.
- Patience and compassion when dealing with others, especially those who are sick, injured, elderly, or from different backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work when needed, especially some evenings, weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Long term care experience
- Musical/Artistic talent
- More education or experience with nursing homes, short-term rehabilitation, recreational activities, event planning, or related.
