About The Position

Brightview Senior Living calls this role a Vibrant Living Assistant. The position helps residents live active, vibrant lives by getting to know them and supporting the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming. The assistant promotes community events, participates in activities, helps organize and run events, shares daily activities through social media, email, and newsletters, and assists with event setup and breakdown. Employees who are at least 21 may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.

Requirements

Have an active driver's license in good standing.
Connect quickly with people and enjoy learning about them.
Bring a positive attitude and high energy.

Responsibilities

Get to know residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.
Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
Participate in and help organize and run resident activities, including games, painting, singing, and music.
Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
Occasionally transport residents to and from events in the company vehicle if at least 21 years old.
Set up and break down events and activities.
