The Recreation Activity Assistant plans, implements and assists with the activities and events that benefit the social, emotional and physical wellbeing of the residents. This role involves working with coworkers to maintain recreational facilities, planning special themed events, coordinating physical activities and games, and implementing arts and crafts, clubs, and musical activities. The assistant will also communicate the daily recreation schedule to residents, assist with large group events, complete documentation, and perform duties at the barn and pool areas as assigned.
