About The Position
The Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is looking for a Recreation Activities Supervisor who can bring energy, creativity, and outstanding service to our owners and guests. If you enjoy planning exciting activities for kids, teens, and adults, this is your chance to create an adventure every day! Located on spectacular Table Rock Lake, The Wilderness Club at Big Cedar offers 445 units—from Presidential lodge suites to cozy cabins. Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year Resort Recreation or related field preferred.
- Lifeguard certification OR acquire after hired, demonstrated swimming competency
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience preferred
- Lifeguard experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certified or acquire after hired
Responsibilities
- Supervise lifeguards and keep the pool area safe and inviting
- Support the Recreation Manager with scheduling, training, and team development
- Help create a lively, welcoming environment where memories are made
