About The Position

Conrad Orlando is seeking a Recreation Activities Supervisor to join their team. This role involves overseeing daily recreation operations, including pool, fitness center, and food & beverage services, activities, and programming. The supervisor will lead the recreation team, manage setup for various amenities and events, deliver exceptional guest service, and manage inventory and supplies. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recreation-related pool, fitness center, and food & beverage services, activities, and programming
• Train, schedule, and supervise team members
• Manage chair and cabana setup, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities; oversee furniture setup for special events
• Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Oversee linen, amenities, and food & beverage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and minimize loss
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
