About The Position

We are hiring FLOAT Recovery Techs for our residential sites! This is a full-time position. At Transformation House, our Recovery Techs support women & men in residential substance use and mental health treatment. This role is ideal for CNA’s who want to stay in client care while transitioning into behavioral health, mental health, or addiction services. If you’re compassionate, calm under pressure, and great at maintaining boundaries, you’ll thrive here.

Requirements

• Commit to working full-time hours

• Be able to work any of the shifts
• Ability to be approved to drive company vehicles under company insurance
• Ability to pass DHS Background Study
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document client activities to ensure safety and accountability
• Conduct facility rounds every two hours (hourly during visitation)
• Assist with client admissions, discharges, and documentation
• Administer or oversee medication distribution (training provided)
• Perform drug screenings and breathalyzer tests
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Procentive)
• Support facility cleanliness and client chore completion
• Provide transportation using company vehicles
• Utilize de-escalation skills to support clients during difficult moments
• Prepare simple meals when needed
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
