About The Position

This is a part-time position focused on maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves customer service, cleaning duties, and supporting various store operations. The goal is to uphold the brand's promises by keeping the store tidy, safe, and welcoming for both customers and staff.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers.
Collect and dispose of trash.
Dust and damp mop floors.
Move equipment and products for cleaning and proper placement.
Clean assigned areas using provided materials and equipment.
Mix cleaning solutions.
Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways.
Keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly.
Notify supervisor of supply needs.
Take initiative to identify and complete cleaning tasks.
Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
Perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines.
Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers.
Project a positive image and serve as a role model.
Provide a fast and friendly check-out experience.
Execute cash handling to standards.
Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
Execute Company policies and standards.
