Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, the Recovery Support Specialist serves as part of the Behavioral Health Team to help establish rapport, share experiences and strengthen engagement with children and adults experiencing complex mental health and social needs. The individual in this role will provide clients with resourceful information and support in a variety of settings. The Recovery Support Specialist will model competence to their clients, through their own personal experiences, in successful self-recovery. Provides follow-up support to all clients encountered through the program and education to community stakeholders.
