Recovery Support Coordinator

About The Position
This role involves providing support to individuals in their recovery journey. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing assessment, developing individualized recovery plans, and collaborating with other providers and discharge planning teams. The position requires the ability to deliver person-centered individual, group, and family interventions. The successful candidate will work with individuals experiencing serious mental illness (SMI) and multiple challenges, encouraging wellness and recovery. The role demands flexibility and a problem-solving orientation.
Requirements
- Prior work with the psychiatric, MI/MR, co-occurring or other disabled populations for a minimum of 1 year after receiving licensure
