About The Position
As a case manager with Chimes' Residential Recovery Program, you'll walk alongside residents as they rebuild daily living skills, work toward independence, and create healthier futures — all in a small, supportive team environment with a manageable caseload of 4–5 residents. Shifts Available Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM with rotating weekends.
Requirements
- Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Strong communicator who thrives both independently and on a team
- A compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset
- Comfort managing a small caseload (4–5 residents)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents
Responsibilities
- Guide residents through daily living skills — self-care, budgeting, and medication education
- Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming home through light housekeeping and meal prep
- Drive residents to appointments and activities using a program van
- Administer medications in line with DPW standards
- Respond calmly and confidently in crisis moments
- Keep accurate documentation and billable service records
- Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution
- Partner with your program coordinator and team to support each resident's individual goals
