About The Position

The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the Director of Nursing, the Program Director, or a designee. Crestwood Behavioral Health Inc. has been providing mental health recovery services in Solano County since 1978. Crestwood Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) provides Solano County children, adolescents and adults, who are experiencing a mental health crisis, a safe and warm place to land. It is their first step on their road to recovery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
  • A compassionate mindset to those who are in recovery.
