HealthRIGHT 360 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to vulnerable populations, aiming to overcome systemic barriers and promote health equity. The organization offers a comprehensive range of services, including mental health care, substance use treatment (residential and outpatient), and primary health services, along with transitional support for individuals re-entering the community from the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, HealthRIGHT 360 empowers individuals to achieve recovery by addressing social determinants of health and fostering resilience. The 214 Men’s Residential Step Down (MRSD) program, located in San Francisco's Alamo Square neighborhood, is a 64-bed transitional housing facility for men who have completed at least 30 days of residential substance use disorder treatment. MRSD provides temporary housing to support clients in their ongoing sobriety. The On-Call Recovery Coach plays a crucial role in assessing client needs and strengths to support their health and recovery journey. Through individual coaching and case management, they help clients navigate systems of care and provide a supportive recovery environment. This role also involves ensuring the safety and security of the program and its residents through regular house checks and crisis intervention. Effective communication with the interdisciplinary team is essential, as is maintaining a safe and welcoming facility environment.
