About The Position
The Bridge requires Recovery Care Workers to ensure the safety and physical and emotional well-being of participants in care during their shift. Recovery Care Workers are responsible for creating and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our homes. Recovery Care Workers are overnight positions that will support all Bridge Recovery & Addiction program locations based on need. This is a Part-Time position with 24 hours per week.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Services or equivalent such as CSW, HCA, 2nd year standing in bachelors program, etc.
- Six months related experience
- Ability to engage and interact appropriately with adult and youth participants
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Confidence and ability to manage crisis and to work in a potentially stressful environment
- Criminal Record Search in accordance with agency policy
- Employees must declare their vaccination status for COVID-19 and influenza; if vaccinated, documentation must be provided.
