About The Position

Are you passionate about helping others achieve lasting recovery? Join our team as a Recovery Care Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey toward independence and wellness. In this role, you’ll provide guidance, coaching, and advocacy while fostering connectedness and modeling recovery values in a trauma-informed and culturally competent environment. Brightli is on a mission: A mission to improve client care, reduce the financial burden of community mental health centers by sharing resources, a mission to have a larger voice in advocacy to increase access to mental health and substance user care in our communities, and a mission to evolve the behavioral health industry to better meet the needs of our clients. We are doing this by forming a new behavioral health organization under new model. Under one parent company, multiple organizations are able to collaborate, share resources and system supports, increase recruiting and retention efforts, increase access to specialized care, and meet the growing demand for behavioral and addiction recovery care. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Advanced knowledge in behavioral health and recovery

Responsibilities

  • Empower participants to take an active role in their recovery process through guidance and coaching.
  • Support decision-making, problem-solving, and life skills using trauma-informed tools.
  • Help participants build natural supports and community connections that inspire purpose and belonging.
  • Model recovery values and resilience through participation in recovery activities.
  • Promote self-advocacy and assist participants in exercising their legal rights.
  • Deliver culturally competent interventions, including: Functional skills (navigating social services, financial literacy, community resources), Socialization and coping strategies, Self-management and trauma symptom monitoring
  • Provide crisis support when needed and assist with case management services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with team members through weekly meetings and supervision.
