UFC Gym in Plantation, FL is looking for an energetic and passionate Recovery Attendant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in helping members maximize their wellness journey by providing exceptional service in our recovery area. Requirements
- Prior experience in a fitness, wellness, spa, or customer service environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a member-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced gym environment
- CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
Responsibilities
- Assist gym members with recovery equipment and services, including cryotherapy, compression therapy, and other recovery modalities
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the recovery area at all times
- Monitor member safety and ensure proper usage of all recovery equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, positive environment
- Track member sessions and maintain accurate records of equipment usage
