About The Position
DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Recoup (Returns) position at a new, climate-controlled customer start-up site in Olive Branch, MS. This role supports logistics and order fulfillment within the computer hardware industry. The core responsibility involves inspecting returned products to assess quality, condition, and compliance with return criteria. The role also entails repackaging damaged products that can be salvaged and restored to shippable condition, returning recouped product back to stock in the warehouse, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Occasional labor for inbound rail cars is also part of the role. This is a first shift position, Monday-Friday, with overtime required based on business needs.
Requirements
- A MINIMUM of 6 months’ experience in Returns
- At least 6 month’s experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.
- Must be able to move material and sort to correct lanes.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities
