The Records Clerk will collaborate with various departments to track and correct records, be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing engine records, work order packages, and work control documents. The role involves assembling, building, verifying, tracking, correcting, and maintaining engine work order packages, including complete engine records. Additionally, the clerk will check, correct, and verify airworthiness directives, service bulletins, life limits profile records, and 8130-3 for engines and engine components. They will also assemble and build work order packages for each work order issued in the Repair Station and check, verify, track, correct, and maintain parts and materials transactions issued to each work order. Coordination with all departments is essential to ensure work order packages and records are completed in a timely manner.
