About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced Records Accountability Analysts to support the team onsite in Everett, Washington on 2nd shift. This role involves documenting and maintaining completed build/quality/inspection records to ensure the integrity of as-built deliverable product configuration. The analyst will reconcile erroneous data entries, conduct database queries, and perform audits of planning and production schedules. They will also monitor the work of less experienced employees, assemble data packages and logbooks from traceable build records, and provide product build information for status updates related to roll out, flight, and delivery. Additionally, the analyst will provide solutions to complex problems by improving processes and procedures, and maintain records storage and shipping logs to ensure retrievability in compliance with requirements. This position works under limited supervision.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Able to work 2nd shift
1+ years experience using Microsoft Office
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

1+ years of experience in record processing
1+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

Responsibilities

Documents and maintain completed build/quality/inspection records to maintain the integrity of as-built deliverable product configuration

Assembles data packages and logbooks from traceable build records in accordance with applicable requirements to provide visibility of deliverable product build status

Provides solutions to a variety of complex problems by developing and implementing process and procedure improvements to ensure the integrity of the documentation for product build process
Maintains records storage and shipping logs to assure retrievability in compliance with applicable requirements
