Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in record management, data entry, or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and update tickets and work orders in company systems with accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in records, billing, materials, and work order statuses.
• Monitor workflow queues and take prompt action on pending or flagged items.
• Support compliance and audit initiatives by verifying record completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate updates and corrections professionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Consistently meet outlined productivity and accuracy targets.
