About The Position
This position is responsible for always performing job in a safe manner. This position is responsible for recording raw weight information while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must have successfully completed probationary period
- Basic math skills to successfully calculate weight discrepancies, weight changes for example
- Computer skills to successfully enter data into spreadsheets and the inventory management systems
- Excellent attendance record of (6 points or less) and maintain 9 points or less
- Excellent Safety record in the last 12 months (24 months for Core Safety violations)
- Good communication skills required – bilingual skills a plus
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends/ holidays if required
- Ability to drive or learn to operate a mule/forklift
- Organizational skills and ability to perform job in an effective and efficient manner
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge and understanding of product specifications

Responsibilities
- Recording raw weight information
- Recording trim drop weights under associated primal insuring proper inventory control and rotation
- Performing all other duties as assigned by Supervisor
