About The Position

Cavalry Construction & Restoration is a local company specializing in Mitigation and Restoration for both residential and commercial customers. As a provider of water, mold, and fire damage property mitigation and restoration services, we are professional, agile, and our goal is to treat every customer to a 5-star experience. Cavalry Construction & Restoration has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Reconstruction Sales and Estimating professional who is a highly motivated and ambitious. This position is open to both entry level and experienced individuals. The ideal candidate must have a professional appearance, natural sales personality and be eager to create and maintain relationships with insurance professionals and property management companies. Additional qualities for candidate are having keen attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Requirements

Xactimate estimating software experience REQUIRED
Proven track record and personality for sales
Excellent verbal and written skills
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Construction Industry preferred
Insurance Reconstruction experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
Accept leads from third party program vendors
Inspect prospective projects, scoping the work and generation of an estimate, which is typically completed in an estimating platform (Xactimate).
Budget and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects
Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to completion of the project
Ability to work under pressure and on timelines
Attend industry related Marketing Events
