About The Position

Rytech of Orlando is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects throughout the Central Florida market. This role encompasses a wide range of projects, from small residential scopes to larger commercial rebuilds. The ideal candidate will have a strong existing network of subcontractors and vendors, a proven ability to manage projects from initial estimate through final walkthrough, and the skills to maintain budgets and schedules while effectively communicating with adjusters and clients.

Requirements

An established book of business with existing subcontractor and vendor relationships in Central Florida.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and managing multiple jobs concurrently with attention to detail.
Solid working knowledge of restoration reconstruction, from simple residential repairs to commercial builds.
Comfortable and confident communicating with adjusters and clients regarding scope and approvals.
Proficient with software, including project management and estimating platforms.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize competing project deadlines.
Strong customer service instincts and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Integrity, honesty, and a proven track record of delivering projects on budget and on schedule.
Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously, spanning residential to commercial scopes and various project phases.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project closeout.
Perform take-offs and develop accurate project budgets and work orders.
Write and manage estimates using Xactimate, and assist in reviewing scopes and revisions.
Source, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and vendors from an established network to ensure projects are adequately staffed and on schedule.
Act as the main point of contact for adjusters and other stakeholders for estimate approvals, scope changes, and progress updates.
Regularly inspect job sites to enforce quality control standards.
Track project budgets against actual expenditures and identify potential variances.
Resolve field issues as they arise, including unforeseen conditions, change orders, and conflicts with customers, PMs, or vendors.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience from the initial contact to the final walkthrough.
Maintain organized and documented job files to support accurate billing and reporting.
