About The Position

Responsible for the repair, replacement and restoration of various automotive parts daily. Meet management’s benchmarks for sales per repair order, gross profit, repairs per day. Demonstrate resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in development and completion of projects. Communicate with dealerships regarding status of repairs. Ensure that procedures are followed to properly protect vehicles. Maintain good housekeeping of work area. Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication. Must follow safety precautions specific to work area and immediately report any-and-all accidents to a manager/supervisor. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record
• Good interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to identify and achieve targeted goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand verbal and written instructions and warning labels
• Ability to work well with a range of individuals
• Ability to prioritize multiple jobs
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers and coworkers alike to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
• Ability to effectively respond to inbound and outbound phone calls
• Strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Regular travel in personal vehicle to and from dealership locations

Nice To Haves

• High School Education or equivalent
• Completion of Vocational Program or two years auto repair experience
