Requirements

  • Must have thorough understanding of computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must have experience coordinating vehicle transfers.
  • Must have Internal Recon Service Manager experience/or Dealership Service Advisor experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Recon software for vehicles ready to pick up and communicate driver ETA with store manager.
  • Create driver productivity report using Recon software.
  • Work with transport drivers to build loads of vehicles that are ready for pick up at the stores.
  • Monitor vehicles in the Recon process to build transport load for car haulers.
  • Monitor delivery, pick up times, and adjust as needed to ensure efficiency and reduce turn time.
  • Identify vehicles that are not available for pick up and communicate with store managers to resolve issues.
  • Open repair orders in Walser systems and invoice dealers for transportation fees.
  • Coordinate and assign sublet work based on current turn times.
  • Coordinate with Service Managers all vehicles to be sublet to vendors.
  • Coordinate all body shop sublets with the Cosmetics Manager.
  • Monitor all sublets and coordinate with vendors to ensure repair timelines are met.
  • Maintain notes in ReconVision regarding ETAs on all sublets.
  • Maintain 20+ aged vehicle list and follow up an any/all aged vehicles.
  • Track and report logistics turn times using Recon software.
  • Follow up and resolve any vehicle that has aged more than 2 days in the ready-for-pick-up bucket.
  • Follow up and resolve any vehicle that has aged more than 1 day in the delivery bucket.
  • Perform daily audit of the Delivery area.
