Requirements
- High level of motivation and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Log and track vehicle deliveries and inventory to maintain accurate records
- Move and stage vehicles across the lot for optimal customer viewing
- Ensure a clean, welcoming environment that reflects CarMax’s commitment to excellence
- Perform reconditioning tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Learn and apply best practices in automotive care and inventory management
- Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
