About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Recon Technician with
experience servicing a variety of vehicle makes/models, including diesels. The
ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the
efficient operation of our reconditioning department while upholding our
commitment to delivering world-class customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience servicing various vehicle makes/models, including diesel engines.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong technical performance record, with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues.
• Excellent physical dexterity and stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and assessments of vehicles to identify necessary repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Execute repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Complete vehicle reconditioning tasks, including detailing, cosmetic repairs, and refurbishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing updates on service progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
