About The Position

The Recon Technician / Detailer at Bobby Rahal of State College's Collision Center is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing vehicles for resale or delivery to new owners. This role requires excellent attention to detail to ensure all vehicles look fantastic, sparkling, and shiny. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Physical ability to walk, bend, squat, reach, turn, twist, and make repetitive motions

Nice To Haves

• Detailing / automotive experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean the nooks and crannies of cars, trucks, and vans that were recently traded in so they look fantastic for resale.
• Meticulously prepare sold vehicles so they are sparkling, shiny and ready for their new homes.
• Stay on top of the latest products, chemicals, and tools to ensure success in the role.
