Requirements

• Demonstrate efficiency and adaptability in a warehouse environment
• Capable of safely operating forklifts after receiving training and authorization from Fabiano Brothers
• Strong commitment to working safely and effectively
• Able to repetitively stack, move, and sort products weighing more than 50 lbs
• Reliable and punctual for shifts
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (typically 60-64 degrees) with some outdoor exposure
• Able to listen to and read work orders to identify items for moving, collecting, distributing, and shipping
• High school diploma or GED required
• Meet all physical job requirements

Responsibilities

• Preparing and sorting recyclable materials
• Unloading products from route trucks
• Operating equipment such as balers to compress materials
• Following directives from supervisors
• Transferring cardboard boxes and empty bottles for recycling
• Crushing bags of cans
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Safely operating forklift trucks
• Transporting materials between loading, processing, and storage areas
• Performing other assigned tasks
• Participating in meetings/training
