Join Our Team as a Reclamations Lead! Are you a detail-driven professional with 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience? Do you take pride in precision, teamwork, and leadership? We’re looking for a Reclamations Lead to guide our team in the careful and accurate removal of aircraft parts. In this role, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. We’re seeking someone who embodies our core values of Respect, Safety, Quality, and Results—and thrives in a collaborative, professional environment. As a 24/7 operation, we have openings across all shifts—including standard day shifts, 2nd shift, weekend shifts, and 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be flexible and willing to be assigned to any shift based on operational needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Thorough understanding of operations policies and practices.
  • Current valid Arizona driver license, with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English, including following verbal and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years aircraft maintenance experience with 2 years of leadership/supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • A&P or Repairman Certificate preferred

Responsibilities

  • Effectively leads maintenance teams performing aircraft teardown, including cleaning parts, removing, and cataloging aircraft components.
  • Perform and oversee structural, hydraulic, electrical, and powerplant system teardowns.
  • Interpret and apply maintenance manuals, and specifications to guide reclamation methods.
  • Accurately document all work performed, including tagging of parts, completion of work cards, and reporting to supervisors/Production Control.
  • Lead, train, and coordinate mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks, tracking labor time, and promoting a collaborative, safety-focused work environment.
  • Enforce company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as backup to the Reclamation Supervisor as needed.
