Requirements
- Computing knowledge
- Oral /written communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
- Must maintain Inteplast forklift license
- Must maintain Inteplast man lift license
Responsibilities
- Strive to achieve departmental production and quality objectives
- Comply with all Plant Safety and Product Safety requirements
- Demonstrate safe work habits, ensuring equipment is in safe working condition, reporting unsafe acts/conditions to Senior Reclaim Operator, following Lock Out / Tag Out as necessary
- Follow quality procedures; identifying and correcting quality defects with assistance
- Identify and ensure segregation of products with assistance
- Operate reclaim equipment (paperwork, inspection, etc.) with assistance
- Conduct efficient and effective shift change
- Certified forklift operator
- Comply with company recycling policy
- Comply with company housekeeping policies; maintaining housekeeping checklists throughout each shift
- Attend and understand all plant training programs (Safety, ISO, Product Safety, Operations)
