About The Position

The Reclaim Grinder will grind rejected and scrap products into a flake and place flake into properly designated silos. This role requires attention to detail in monitoring equipment and maintaining accurate inventory records. The position involves working in various environments and adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Available to work overtime when needed
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Observes and inspects grinder for proper functioning, damage, wear, and tear. Examples include, but are not limited to checking the silos on a periodic basis, observe silo readings for fullness, observing for damaged and broken part, specifically the blades, etc.
• Completes grinding inventory reporting documents.
• Assists other Extrusion Technicians with Gaylord boxes or stacking when needed.
• Participates in periodic inventory counts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
