Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees, while multitasking
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check prior to employment
Responsibilities
- Operate a switchboard telephone system, routing phone calls to the proper departments
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, in order to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries, while providing excellent customer service
- Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and teammates
- Work with department managers on a daily basis
- Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry
