Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners.
Manage the reception desk and ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and office correspondence.
Manage the shared administration mailbox and coordinate administrative requests.
Organize meeting room bookings and support meeting logistics, including catering arrangements and visitor coordination.
Order and monitor office, kitchen, and workplace supplies.
