About The Position
Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System (SBHS) is seeking a Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to staff and clients, manage a multiline switchboard, and assist all visitors. SBHS is a 178-bed acute care facility in Streamwood, IL, dedicated to mental health treatment for children, adolescents, and their families. Universal Health Services, Inc. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience working with a multi-line telephone switchboard.
- Experience preferably in a health care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff and clients.
- Manage a multiline switchboard.
- Assist all visitors as needed.
