About The Position

Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a newly transformed facility offering a dynamic work environment that cares about our staff's life goals. We are seeking a Weekend Evening and Night Shift Receptionist to join our team. This is a part-time position specifically for weekends only, covering shifts from 3p-11p and 11p-7a. We pride ourselves on high employee retention rates and continuously improved survey results, reflecting our strong, stable leadership team and commitment to our staff.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience working as a Receptionist.
• Must be able to work Saturday/Sunday 11p-7a, no schedule modifications to the hours/days will be given.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is required.
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Long Term Care: 1 year (Preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
