About The Position

Become a part of our caring community The Receptionist manages front desk operations and provides administrative support within a physician practice or center. You will ensure a welcoming experience for all patients and visitors and supports the medical team with routine administrative tasks under close guidance and established guidelines. You will report to the Center Administrator. Requirements

  • 1+ year healthcare experience
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • Effective multitasking in fast-paced settings
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years value-based care experience
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • EMR systems experience
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone
  • Manage patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff
  • Update patient records in EMR and CRM systems
  • Process billing, update accounts, and collect copayments
  • Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Support office tasks such as ordering supplies and arranging couriers
  • Make decisions within established guidelines
  • Use your skills to make an impact
