About The Position

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the dealership. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing incoming calls, directing guests appropriately, and providing administrative support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and dealership software systems.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments and team members.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate customer records.
