Requirements

Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.
Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the screening process for team members, essential visitors, and other essential personnel.
Assist the community with a variety of tasks during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Screen employees and visitors for potential exposure to COVID-19 as they come into the community.
Maintain the confidentiality of COVID-19 screening records.
Supervise visits with residents.
Communicate with residents and family members in a professional and polite manner.
Assist with other clerical duties.
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with facility absence policies.
