The Receptionist position provides secretarial and clerical support to the Administrator. This role may also provide receptionist, clerical, and data input services for the business and/or administrative departments. The Receptionist must dress and act in a professional manner, answer telephones, greet visitors, and maintain office supply inventories. This role also involves preparing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and potentially processing invoices and employee paperwork. The Receptionist is responsible for assuring patient/resident safety and complying with all policies and procedures.
