About The Position

The Receptionist (Temp) provides front desk support by answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and handling mail to ensure a professional and welcoming first point of contact. This role supports daily administrative activities and helps maintain smooth office operations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or phone-based role.
  • Proven receptionist or front desk experience with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-line phones and handle calls efficiently.
  • Experience handling mail and basic office correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to greet and assist customers and visitors effectively.
  • Basic administrative support skills, including organizing and prioritizing tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in receptionist, secretarial, or administrative support positions.
  • Comfort working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and route them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Greet walk-in customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with basic receptionist and secretarial tasks to support daily office functions.
